Living Area

The Living room gets tons of lights with ample windows and is open to the kitchen and dining area. Coastal Beachy décor surrounds you in this adorable cozy space. The sectional couch houses a sleeper sofa for extra guests. And a cozy sitting area is a great place to curl up while relaxing. There is a flat panel TV for your viewing enjoyment with basic Cable Tv and WIFI.

2 Bedrooms

The 1st bedroom has a queen-sized bed with tropical bedding and a closet for extra storage. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with fun and funky beach decorations. Both bedrooms have flat panel TV’s.

1 and a half Bathrooms

The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is a pretty good size. There is a small window to let in extra light in the beautifully tiled shower. Downstairs is a ½ bath with a sink and a laundry room. A cool outdoor shower is tucked away behind wood panels making it a private space to shower off after a day at the beach.

Kitchen

This kitchen boasts all the creature comforts of home with stainless-steel appliances. For the budget minded family, you will be able to prepare many of your meals here. This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. The open kitchen has a counter top island and 4 bar stools for eating or socializing.

Pool and Outdoors

The wrap around deck gets lots of sun in the morning and afternoon. Enjoy this space for morning coffee, sunbathing, snack time, or evening cocktails. There is a private outdoor shower with hot/cold water, and a downstairs ½ bathroom with laundry room too. Relax in the shade under the house with picnic table and seating area and a BBQ grill. The swimming pool is shared with the other Sunday Villas houses and is a fun place to relax, sunbath, and watch the kids play.

Parking

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway (depending on size). There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool.
